Nigel Young former Fellow of the RICS ( Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) for 23 years and an Associate for 19 years, with 4 years real estate experience in Uk, 15 years in France, 2 in Germany and 23 years in Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and Turkey,based in Prague. I offer commercial real estate advice either buying, leasing, re leasing or developing. We cover all aspects of the market, offices, retail and logistics but specialise in retail consultancy and have conducted missions in the following countries, the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Hungary, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Ukraine, Croatia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Tunisia, Algeria and Russia. Development consultancy

The company has been exclusive agents for the leasing of more than 15 shopping centres, and have signed over 2 000 leases in the last 15 years.In addition we have leased some 100 000 m2 of offices and 50 000 m2 of logistic space (many as agent representing the tenant. (Tenant Representative.)

Specialties: Mipa is a firm of real estate consultants operating in Prague since 1991. Although a specialist in retail real estate, i.e. the design and leasing of shopping centres, ( 38 to date) ,the company also leases offices and logistic space and often represents the tenant in locating and negotiating space they may require. We prepare Feasibility Studies and Due Diligence reports for developers and also offer Asset Management advice.

Design/Master planning

We have worked closely with Internationally acclaimed architects, Chapman Taylor, on a further 30 planned shopping centres in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine, Russia, Tallinn ,Estonia, Tbilsi ,Georgia,Turkey and Setif ,Algeria. In addition we have reported and given asset management advice on many future refurbishment or repositioning projects throughout EMEA, CEE, CIS, SEE ,Turkey and North Africa. ​
